HOW WE RUN THIS

How We Keep the Casino Running Fairly

A fair casino lobby means auditable games, named studios and clear account processes — not just marketing words. Here is what you can check for yourself when you're inside the kis918 casino.

Named Game Studios

Every slot and live table in the lobby is supplied by a named provider — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution. You can see the studio label on each game card before you open it.

RTP Shown Where Available

RTP figures appear on game detail screens only where the provider publishes them. We do not display invented percentages — if a number isn't there, the provider hasn't released it.

Account Verification Process

Withdrawals from the casino wallet go through an identity check before they clear. This keeps your account secure and ensures the RM lands in the right place.

Live Stream Integrity

Live baccarat and Dragon Tiger tables stream from dedicated studio floors run by the provider. The dealer, cards and results are visible in real time — nothing is pre-recorded.

Casino Terms You'll See in the kis918 Lobby

These are the terms that come up most when you're moving through the casino lobby, from checking a game's mechanics to understanding how your winnings are processed.

What does RTP mean in a casino slot?

RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagers a slot pays back over many rounds. A 96% RTP means RM96 returned per RM100 wagered on average, long-term.

What is a live casino in kis918?

A live casino streams real dealers and physical card tables to your device. In kis918, studios from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run tables like Live Baccarat and Dragon Tiger.

What is a crash game?

A crash game runs a rising multiplier that can stop at any moment. You cash out before it stops to lock in your multiplier — Wave Crash Game in the kis918 lobby works this way.

What does KYC mean for casino withdrawals?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification step. Before your casino winnings leave the platform, kis918 confirms your account details match the withdrawal method you use.

What is a sportsbook in a casino platform?

A sportsbook lets you wager on sports events — football, badminton and more. In kis918, the sportsbook sits beside the casino lobby so you can switch between them in one session.

What does 'house edge' mean?

House edge is the statistical advantage the casino holds on each game over time. Baccarat typically has one of the lower house edges among table games available in the lobby.
